the staff was super helpful and accommodating i really appreciated the rooftop bar on the 17th floor it provided amazing views with great drinks the hotel's location made exploring chinatown and nearby temples so easy i loved being able to walk everywhere. plus the metro was close by making it easy to get around
the pool was small it had some bugs and leaves i didn't enjoy the small pool. but i didn't spend too much time there anyway

the beautiful city view room provided ample space it was well kept the room was designed with comfort in mind i liked the amenities included for a relaxing stay after a busy day exploring.

the hotel offered many dining choices the sky view 360 restaurant on the 25th floor was so exciting it rotated slowly, showcasing amazing views genz bar and bistro served great food at reasonable prices.

the hotel's location in chinatown made everything easy many temples were within walking distance and i could easily get to the metro blue line for more distant destinations it was a fantastic area to stay in.

Wow, the location is killer, right in chinatown! you can easily walk to the mrt in like, seven minutes. i even got to wat pho and the grand palace super fast. breakfast had tons of choices. It was really yummy. plus, there is this rad rooftop bar, like, the floor actually moves!
The pool was a bit small. It was just okay for a quick dip.

the hotel is basically at the doorstep of chinatown food area. it is also near the riverboat transportation. i got around so easily. the main places were all easy to reach.

The room was quite lovely and quiet, also cool. They gave fresh water daily so it was nice.
The pool area was very bad. No lounges existed for me to sit in, and no staff worked around there. There were no towels available, and the access involved going up some slippery stairs.

the location is ideal. i found the metro station very close. chinatown's stores are easily accessible. the rooftop bar provided fantastic skyline views.
the hotel lobby food service was slow. i waited longer than 30 minutes for assistance. staff seemed unsure about voucher usage. this caused unnecessary delays.
